We have identified three simple principles on how to deal better with conflicts:
– A dispute never ends in violence out of the blue, but escalates in 5 phases
– You always have a choice on how to act.
– It helps to express your opinion clearly but in a friendly manner.
Our FSJ students are constantly developing new lesson plans based on these principles and communicating them in an appealing and creative way.
