For three decades, we have been going to places where young people live, dream and ask questions.<\/strong> We were at home in youth centers and schools and built bridges with youth work and all-day programs at schools – between the classroom and faith, between everyday life and hope. Always with the aim of encouraging young people and giving them prospects. <\/p>\n

But today their world is changing rapidly. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Many young people no longer meet in youth groups, but on their cell phones.<\/strong> This is exactly where we want to meet them again. We believe that hope also belongs in digital spaces!
That is why we are setting out again – with the same passion as before, but with new paths and tools. Because our passion remains: In the midst of young people’s lives – no matter where these lives take place today.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Because empathy<\/strong> moves us, we go where young people are otherwise overlooked: to Albania, to Kisha Mozaik<\/strong>, where Roma children discover new opportunities through afternoon school – and learn hope.
And because initiative<\/strong> is our heartbeat, we do not stand still, but dare to try something new: with the digital Strengths Sieve<\/strong>, we bring our experience from 30 years of working with young people directly into the pockets of young people – anywhere, anytime, with real feedback and encouraging words.<\/p>\n

Both are united by one idea: we believe in the potential of every young person – and we do everything we can to make it visible. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Kisha Mozaik in Lushnje, Albania, shows what happens when empathy and initiative come together.<\/p>\n

Take the story of Arlinda*, for example. Put in the back row by her teachers, she was discouraged early on and only whispered quietly: “I’m not clever enough anyway”. Today she sits in the front row – helping the younger children, reading stories and beaming. <\/p>\n

For us, empathy means not only seeing the need, but enduring it – in the midst of poverty, exclusion and excessive demands. We listen, we stay, we believe in every child until they begin to believe themselves. <\/p>\n

Initiative means making hope practical: We support Kisha Mozaik with their afternoon school, provide hot meals and help families. Small gestures create change – visible, tangible, lasting.

The Strengths Sieve began in a very analog way<\/strong> – with paper, pens and honest conversations. In youth groups, schools and one-to-one meetings, we sat down with young people like Jens, who didn’t know what he wanted to be after school.<\/strong> Together, we found words for what was inside him – and little by little, he realized where his path was leading him. Today, he is doing an apprenticeship that suits him perfectly. <\/p>\n

Or Tom, who always dreamed of making music but didn’t quite dare<\/strong>. In Strengths Sieve, he discovered that his passion was more than just a hobby. Today he works as a professional musician in a church – fulfilled and grateful. <\/p>\n

After coaching over 1,200 young people, we are now taking the Strengths Sieve digital:<\/strong> as an interactive online tool that can be accessed anywhere – directly on your cell phone, in your own words and with motivating feedback. After all, many young people today no longer meet in youth groups, but in seclusion in their rooms – in digital spaces. This is exactly where we want to meet them – with courage, confidence and new perspectives. <\/p>\n
